Unilateral hearing loss
Although hearing loss often affects both ears, it is not uncommon for only one side to be affected. Unilateral hearing loss (or UHL) is when hearing loss is only present in one ear. Binaural synchronization is a solution that transmits sound and voices from one side to the other, so your hearing ear can hear for both ears.
